About Our Products
Our products are designed, printed and packaged in our workshop and we try to source the best possible quality products from our suppliers.
We can't always print all of our products to showcase on the website so sometimes we may advertise a 'mock up' of how the product would look when printed. However, many of our products are actual pictures of finished gifts to give you a truer image of colours and size etc. Please note that some of the colours may differ slightly due to different screen resolutions.
We use different methods to create and produce our gifts.
Printed gifts are done using the process of sublimation printing. Sublimation printing is a digital printing process that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye onto different materials. When an item is heated the ink dyes turn into a gas and fuse into the product resulting in a permanent print. This is why our product images have no feel to them and have a long lasting effect that can withstand lots of washes.
Our clothing range are mostly made using DTF (Direct to Film) or Heat Transfer Vinyl. We use this process to print onto fabrics using a heat press. DTF and vinyl transfers can last between 50-100 washes without cracking or losing colour depending on amount worn and if wash care instructions are followed correctly.
